Yes — $2M in liability coverage. Many corporate venues require a Certificate of Insurance from vendors; we can provide one in advance with your venue named as additional insured.
Single-camera livestreaming to one platform yes; full multi-camera broadcast production is outside our scope. For events that need broadcast-quality streaming, we coordinate with specialist livestream partners while we handle the photo/video archive.
Modern cinema cameras shoot 4K video with photo-grade stills pulled from the same capture — one operator covers both formats efficiently for most single-track events. For multi-track conferences or events with simultaneous critical sessions, we add a second shooter.
