Plan on one hour from start to finish. That gives time for a quick consultation when you arrive, 30-40 minutes of shooting (with 2-3 outfit changes and a couple of backgrounds), and a quick review of the shots before you leave. Most people are surprised how fast it goes.
Ten fully-retouched images on the solo session, five per person on team days. You’ll see all the keepers and select your favorites — we retouch the ones you choose. Additional retouched images are $25 each beyond the included count.
Yes — for solo sessions especially, mixing a clean-backdrop setup with an environmental shot at your office or a nearby outdoor location is a popular option. Just plan an extra 30 minutes if you want both.
We don’t provide makeup or styling directly, but for team and company days we can coordinate with local hair and makeup artists at preferred rates. For most solo professionals, the prep guide we send is enough.
Light by default, and that’s the right call for headshots. Stray hairs, blemishes that aren’t part of your face, distracting reflections, light skin smoothing where appropriate. We don’t reshape faces, slim jaws, or alter features — the headshot should look like you walking into a meeting.
Yes — team and company days are usually shot on-location at your office. We bring a portable lighting and backdrop setup (all gear included) and just need a single room and access to power. Most offices have everything we need.
For larger company days (16+ people), we send a sign-up link that lets each employee book their 10-minute slot directly. You don’t have to chase anyone — we handle the scheduling, you just point your team at the link.
Yes — for companies that have done a team day with us, new-hire headshots are offered at the team-day per-person rate, so your team stays visually consistent as it grows. We can also schedule recurring quarterly headshot days for fast-hiring teams.
