Photography Questions

Before you book.

How many photos should I order for my listing?

As a rule of thumb: condos and small listings, 15 photos. Most single-family homes, 30. Luxury homes, larger estates, and listings where the lot and amenities sell the property, 50. If you’re between sizes, send the address and we’ll suggest one.

What’s included with every package?

Every shoot includes HDR interior and exterior photography, hand color-grading on every image, and exports sized for both the MLS and print marketing. No upcharges for editing, sky replacement, or basic clutter removal that’s standard.

How fast is delivery?

Standard delivery is 48 hours in a private online gallery. Most photos are ready before then, but 48 hours is the promise so your listing can go live while the interest is hot.

Do you photograph twilight or only daytime?

Both. Twilight exteriors are a great fit for luxury, beachfront, and listings where outdoor amenities or city lights are part of the appeal they’re available as an edited photo so we don't have to schedule around twilight time.

Are the photos MLS-compliant?

Yes every photo is sized and formatted to the standards used by the Pensacola Association of Realtors and the broader Gulf Coast MLS systems. You drop them straight into the listing, no resizing required.

Do you stage rooms or photograph as-is?

We photograph as the home is presented. We’ll send a pre-shoot prep checklist (lights on, blinds open, counters cleared, etc.) so the home looks its best, but full staging is the agent or seller’s call. For occupied listings, we minor-clean the frame as we shoot.

Can I add drone and video later, or do I need to book it all at once?

Easiest is booking together one visit, 10% off the combined total, single delivery. But drone and video can absolutely be added as separate shoots if scheduling demands it.

Do you travel outside Pensacola?

Yes standard service area covers Pensacola. No travel fee inside 20 miles of the studio; longer hauls quoted up front.
